Yes, you can find it in the Forms Tower folder in the Employee Shared Drive (U:).
1) Go to your Start menu
2) Open “employees on ‘enterprise8’ (U:)”
3) Open “Forms Tower (Maintained by Amber)”
4) Find your document and attach it to your email
