If a Customer tells you they hear buzzing in their headset while using the Headsets.com Busy Light, the problem could be a simple as needing a new power source.
Have the Customer plug their busy light into a different outlet or power strip. If the buzzing continues, have the Customer connect their headset to their phone without the busy light. If the buzzing goes away, replace the busy light. If the buzzing continues after these 2 step, please follow the steps in article: 1887
