How to program a headset button on a Mitel 5330

How to program a headset button on a Mitel 5330.

If a Customer headset button is not lighting up, here's how to make sure it's programmed.

  1. Make sure we are not on the phone
  2. Click on the blue/grey phone button
  3. Go to "Settings"
  4. Programmable Keys
  5. Click on the next available programmable button on the far left of the phone
  6. Click on the arrow pointing right on the bottom of the phone
  7. Click on headset
  8. Click save
  9. Click on close
  10. Now you should have a button labeled headset on your screen
