How to Find the Model Number on a Polycom (Poly) Phone

Here's how to find the model number of your Polycom telephone without flipping the phone over!

This method works with most Poly phones that have a Home button (a button on the phone with a picture of a house on it):

1. Press the Home button to get to the Main Menu (if the user is on the phone at the moment, they may have to press it twice)
2. Scroll down and select Settings
3. Scroll down and select Status
4. Select Platform
5. Select Phone
6. The model number of that phone should be right at the top
