Perform a reset on the headset.
Step 1. Have Headset turned on (blinking blue light in microphone boom)
Step 2. Hold down the Black Power button and the MINUS Volume control button at the same time.
Step 3. Notice the Blue light will suddenly disappear.
Step 4 You need to wait approx. 1 minute for the reset to power down the software and clear firmware.
Step 5. Power back up as normal.
Note: You do NOT have to repair the Base
