We'll know the headset is charging when we see a blue light on the base and no light on the headset (like the picture on the right up top).
Note: If your headset is at a very low battery, all four white battery lights will blink on and off on the base. Once it's charged up to a battery life of 1 bar or higher, the battery light will be flashing "up and down" until it lands again on your current battery life. After 3 hours your headset should have 4 solid battery lights. See GIF below to watch the battery lights dance!
