The only headsets that officially have call control with RingCentral is Plantronics and Jabra. However, there has been an update to their system which may allow for other headsets, such as Leitner wireless headsets to get remote answering as well.
This could possibly change in the future, but for now you can enable call control in RingCentral through their settings, and it should work!
