GoTo Connect and Call Control with Leitner Wireless Headsets

We can enable Call Control with the GoTo Connect softphone and Leitner Wireless Headsets!

To enable this:

  1. Click on the User Profile in the top right corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Audio
  4. Make sure Speaker and Microphone are set to the Leitner/DECT headset
  5. You can also select Ringer Source here
  6. Enable Headset Control and that's it!

This was tested with a LH570 and we get Ring Detection and Call Control!

If anyone does this and get screenshots, send those over to HDSAnswers and we will add them!
