We found out that when changing the mic settings in Genesys Purecloud, you need to name your profile (basically your account), then you can select the headsets and save the profile.
Luckily, the profile should pop up when plugging in the headset, which is where the profile can be named and the headset settings changed.
If you're still running into trouble, reach out to your IT Team for further help with your Genesys Purecloud settings.
