The Leitner LH470/475 will work great with Teams, but if you notice that either you or your caller is hearing some poor sound, simply try rebooting Teams.
To reboot Teams, open your taskbar (by clicking the small ^ icon on the bottom right side of your computer screen), find the blue Microsoft Teams icon, right-click it, then choose "Quit."
Once you get it back up and running, the headset should sound great!
