Hey you know when you’re doing a firmware update and the headset is flashing on and off the screen?
Try put a different headset on the base and then updating.
This works for Sharon and Kamika :)
If they don’t have a 2nd mic, try updating just the base in technical mode, then updating both of them in regular mode.
