CS510/CS520/CS540 replacement ear pads*

We do not have the replacement pads per se, but we have other ones to try

  • Our best fit, for all 3 of these headsets, tends to be the Leitner leatherette ear pad (Cat# 2497 on website make sure to select "classic")
    • Note: We have gotten reports these can be tough to fit on there, so please let us know! If having too much trouble, you can reach out to Plantronics directly at 1-800-544-4660
  • The DeskMate ear pads CAN fit, however they are thick and may make charging difficult when headset is attached to the headband

 

Note: The cushion for the CS540 just stretches around the base of the headset, there is no detachable ring, though you can pull off the ear pad and replace it with another.  The CS510/520 have a detachable ring that would need to be placed into the cushion, then the ring snaps on to the headset.
