Yes, you sure can! The USB charging cord can plug right into a spare cell phone charging block if you have one lying around, and any will work, just make sure it has the standard USB size (USB-A).
But if you don't have one, don't worry, you can charge your Leitner Dongle headset in your computer, as well.
