The base is a different shape that won't fit the headset. Leitner Premium Plus headsets won't charge on Premium Lite bases, nor will Premium Lite headsets charge on Premium Plus bases.
If you have a spare Leitner Premium Plus headset that needs to charge away from its base, you can always grab a USB-C cable and plug it into the USB-C charging port on the Leitner headset.
