Adjusting Cisco Web-Ex Sound Settings

If your headset experiencing issues or isn't working at all with Cisco Web-Ex, here's how to adjust the sound settings to sound your absolute best.

  1. Open the app and click on Settings toward the bottom left corner
  2. Select Audio from the menu on the left
  3. Select the headset for Ringer & alerts, Speaker, and Microphone:

  4. Uncheck Automatically adjust volume and select Noise removal:
    Updating Cisco Web-Ex volumes and noise-canceling
  5. Click Save

That's it! You should be all set to go.
