Activating and Using Bluetooth in Yealink T58W/58W Pro

Yealink phones are getting pretty fancy, and now you can pair a Bluetooth headset directly to you phone, no wires. Follow along to figure out how to do it!

Activating Bluetooth in Phone

• Swipe down from the top of the screen
• Swipe left or right to go to the second idle screen, go to settings --> Basic settings --> Bluetooth
• Then simiply turn on Bluetooth!

Note: The phone should automatically scan for available Bluetooth devices

Pairing your Headset to your Phone

• Put your headset into Bluetooth pairing mode

  • Sennheiser MB Pro Bluetooth Pairing Instructions
• On Yealink phone, swipe left or right on the screen to go to the second idle screen
• Go to Settings --> Basic settings --> Bluetooth
• Tap the Bluetooth Search button (looks a little like a green target)
• You should see a list of available devices, so select the headset you need!

Note: Bluetooth and USB headsets will take priority over headsets plugged into the headset jack. This means you can only use one headset at a time.

Unpairng the Bluetooth Device

• Swipe left or right on the phone screen to get to second idle screen
• Go to Settings --> Basic settings --> Bluetooth
• You will see the paired and connected Bluetooth device
  • Find your headset in the list and tap the button to the right of the device name
• Tap Unpair
